Service Description

Solfeggio Retuner Pro is a licensed software tool that retunes audio in real time for experiential and professional environments.

The Service is provided for educational and experiential use only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

License & Usage

• Licenses are sold per studio location / per primary computer
• You may not share or redistribute the software or license key
• We may suspend access if license terms are violated

Billing & Refunds

• Annual licenses are billed upfront
• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

Support Scope

Support is limited to:

• Installation assistance
• Setup confirmation
• License and billing issues

We do not provide coaching, interpretation, or guidance regarding outcomes or experiences.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and compatibility may change over time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solfeggio Retuner Pro is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
