My license says "Device limit" - what do I do?
Use the Manage License page from your email link to deactivate an old device, then activate the new one.
I activated but don't hear changes
Reload the tab, confirm you're on a supported site, and ensure your browser is updated. If it still doesn't work, email support with your license key and what site you're using.
What sites are supported?
Open any of these websites on your desktop browser: music.apple.com , music.youtube.com or youtube.com, Mobile browsers are not supported.
